Bluebeam Studio Projects enables a document management system in the cloud. Users can upload PDFs and other files to the cloud and invite project members from any location to access, check out and edit those files.
If you’re looking to set up 360 Sync with Bluebeam Studio Projects, it’s fairly straightforward.
First things first
First, you need to make sure that you have a Bluebeam Studio Prime account. If you don’t have one, contact Applied Software to purchase one or obtain a free 30-day trial version. That will allow you to automatically move files from Bluebeam Studio Projects to any of the other data solutions you might want to connect to.

Integrations
Once you sign-in to Bluebeam Studio Prime, you’ll immediately jump to a dashboard. You’ll see all sorts of stuff – from how many projects there are, to users, automations, and recently created files. Click on the “Integrations” tab in the top right corner. From there, you’ll want to enter the 360 Sync Integration ID and click “Lookup.” Save the configuration, and the 360 Sync app will be live on your account.

New configuration
From there, all you have to do is enter your email address into 360 Sync and then create a new configuration. The first time you create a new sync, Bluebeam will ask you to log in and allow 360 Sync to give it permission to move files automatically on your behalf. Make sure to click Allow. From there, you will set the project up. Make sure to pick Bluebeam Studio Projects as one of your integration points, and you’re good to go.
