First of all, congratulations on your purchase of BIM 360 Design. Some people are unaware that when working on a Collaborative model using BIM 360 Design, you have to do some extra steps in order to create backup files.

This video shows how and why it is important to backup your projects when using the “Design Collaboration” service of BIM 360 Design.
