InfraWorks 2019 – Model Builder Images Issue

With the latest release of InfraWorks 2019, sometimes when you create a model using the Model Builder, the images don’t always download.

This is annoying for sure but it’s not something that’s really bad. To fix this, you just need to reload the images. If you aren’t aware of how to do this, open up the Data Sources panel. The Data Sources panel can be accessed by clicking the orange “I” in the model area, the first icon after that (I like to refer to it as the Q’Bert button), and then click Data Sources.

In the Data Sources panel, select the imagery entry (It’s listed under “Ground Imagery”) and then click the Refresh button.

Once you have done this, the model will process again and you should see the entire image loaded.
