The New Autodesk Virtual Agent

For years the Autodesk Virtual Agent has been an option to downloading and installing software should you not have access to your Autodesk account.  Well, that tradition continues, but with a new and improved Autodesk Virtual AgentAVA is kind and guides you through all you need for downloading.  Just click on the link and begin:  Autodesk Virtual Agent

Once you’re in, you’ll find the interface pretty self-explanatory, but if you need further assistance and install tips you can follow the steps laid out in Autodesk’s “Installing Autodesk products from the Virtual Agent” document.
