There is currently no known Autodesk technical document regarding this issue be have found that in some cases the issue can be resolved by:

  • Sign in using Autodesk Desktop App first, then Autodesk apps
  • Uninstall/Reinstall the Autodesk Desktop App

Though there’s no technical document as of yet, there is an ongoing discussion on the Autodesk forum: render process exited with code: 41
