When signing into your Autodesk account you receive this message:

There is currently no known Autodesk technical document regarding this issue be have found that in some cases the issue can be resolved by:
- Sign in using Autodesk Desktop App first, then Autodesk apps
- Uninstall/Reinstall the Autodesk Desktop App
